Dancing is great fun, it's healthy, it's a good social activity and is great for people of all ages.

The Lait Dance Club was founded in 1974 by Tom and Pat Lait. It is situated in Ipswich, Suffolk and has very good facilities which include a large ballroom with a maple sprung floor and a licensed bar. The dance club is always active as you will see if you visit the weekly programmes page.

There are over 14 experienced staff who are associated with the Lait Dance Club whose roles include teaching Ballroom, Latin, Disco/Freestyle, Rock 'n' Roll, Salsa, Hip Hop and Street Dance by classes and personal tuition for children & adults at all levels ..... beginners, social dancers, medallists & competitors.

There is a full programme of events at the Club including Saturday Night Social Dances, Afternoon Tea Dances, Practice Nights, Medal Tests and Competitions.
