MEET THE TEACHERS

Tom Lait F.I.S.T.D (B/L) - Has been dancing for 50 years, teaching Ballroom & Latin for 35 years. Former East Anglian champion Tom founded the Lait Dance Club with his wife Pat in 1974

Pat Lait F.I.S.T.D (B/L/D/RnR) - Tom's constant support, Pat organises most of the club's activities. A member of the I.S.T.D Disco Freestyle committee, Pat trains all ages & grades from beginner to professional in Ballroom, Latin & Freestyle.

Bruce Lait A.I.S.T.D (B/L)- Partner in the club, Former British National Youth Latin champion, Bruce still competes professionally with his partner Crystal. He trains medallists & competitors of all ages.

Jenny Worne L.I.S.T.D (B). A.I.S.T.D.(L)- Jenny has 28 years teaching experience in Ballroom & Latin, all ages, all grades. She also helps Pat to organise club activities ; great personality & sense of humour.

Sally Evers A.I.S.T.D.(B/L)- Very experienced Ballroom & Latin teacher, trains classes & gives personal tuition. She also helps on the admin side of the Lait Dance Club.

Teresa Brown A.I.S.T.D (B/D/RnR) - Has been teaching Ballroom & Latin for many years, but also specialises in Freestyle, Street & Rock 'n' Roll, an expert at teaching all different types of people.

Sally Copple A.I.S.T.D (B/L) - Has been with the Lait Dance Club since she was a child herself. Sally teaches Ballroom & Latin to children & adults; very experienced teacher.

Kelly Brown A.I.S.T.D (D/RnR) - Specialises in Freestyle, Street & Rock 'n' Roll ; very popular with the young children; Excellent Choreographer.

Brian Spalding Student I.S.T.D (B/L) - Has been with the Lait Dance Club since he was a toddler, a former competitor, now an experienced teacher with great personality.

Annette Lait Student I.S.T.D (B/L) - A talented dancer & former National U.K. Youth Latin Champion Annette teachers Ballroom, Latin, Salsa, Freestyle & Rock 'n' Roll to a high standard.

Crystal Main Student AISTD(L) Experienced former champion - Crystal competes professionally with Bruce. She is a champion in her own right & a dedicated teacher on all levels.

Marlene Martin A.I.S.T.D (D) - Marlene is a qualified Freestyle teacher. She is very conscientious and has endless patience.

Amelia Gilardi A.I.S.T.D(L) - Amelia is proving to be a great assetto the staff of the LDC ...particularly good at Salsa

Katie Cowling- Student Teacher. Excellent at Ballroom Latin and Freestyle. Very patient with children and beginners
